We work on matters involving Indigenous, Aboriginal, and Treaty rights, including processes that engage the Crown’s duty to consult. We strive to affirm clients’ own laws, customs, responsibilities, knowledge, and rights.

We assist employers, organizations, and Indigenous governments with developing, reviewing, and updating policies to promote legal compliance and more effective operations. We also provide customized training on various legal, governance, and workplace topics.
